Isofit is a lifestyle start-up company with the goal to improve their custumers lifes thanks to the benefits of Intermittent Fasting. A project born after years of study and investigation on the human body, metabolism and nutrition. Framed within an innovative methodology devised to promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that results in better overall mind & body well-being, whilst achieving an outstanding physique.

For Isofit founders, visual communication was always a top priority not only for the brand identity, but also for the methodology's visual language, present in the company's guides and digital tools. Health and fitness ideas can be difficult to explain, with complex processes and concepts that might be too technical to comprehend. Working closely with Isofit we developed a minimalistic, streamlined brand and visual language that is a key communication tool.

Simplifying health and fitness
Simplifying health and fitness
Simplifying both product and user experience was the key challenge from Isofit's brief. We streamlined all visual communication by characterising nutrition, health and lifestyle contents with concrete palettes and identities that assisted in communicating all concepts in a simpler way. This visual language was successfully translated to both print, digital and promotional products, helping to stregthen the brands identity and contents cohesion.

Our Graphic design approach also was carefully introduced in the project's health, fitness and lifestyle guides, which are recommended to each client depending on their specific needs thanks to an interactive questionnaire. In addition, brand's merchandise was also conceived for each program, which is both a positive commercial up-sale and an engagement item for happy customers who want to show their love for the brand.
